  • Free Trial & Refunds: Please use the free trial (available for users with active subscription) to test your bank's specific format. Due to the immediate costs of AI processing, all paid conversions are non-refundable.
  • Privacy & Deletion: Your privacy is a priority. PDFs and temporary processing files are automatically deleted from our server after your session ends. However, CSV file is kept for 7 days to download them.
  • Data Security: We employ standard encryption; however, users acknowledge the risks of processing sensitive financial documents online.
  • Usage Limits: To maintain speed for all users, we may limit the number of simultaneous pages processed per request.
